1. Payment Terms

1.1 Deposits and Balances

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance must be paid in full prior to the tour start date. Specific terms may vary based on group size and tour length and will be confirmed during booking.

1.2 Currency

Tour prices are quoted in Euros (€EUR). Any associated bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

1.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash
  • International transfer services (e.g. Wise)

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 If We Cancel

Tours are rarely cancelled, even in poor weather. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to extreme conditions or unforeseen events, we will offer an alternative date or route.

2.2 If You Cancel

If you cancel close to the tour start date or after it begins, refunds may not be available. We will confirm applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable.

2.3 Other Refund Conditions

No refunds will be given for unused portions of a tour. If a customer ends the tour early or departs from a different city, they are responsible for returning the motorcycle to the original start location.

3. Motorcycle and Gear Rental

3.1 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for each rental. If the motorcycle is damaged, repair costs will be deducted. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for the difference.

3.2 Riding Gear

Customers are responsible for any damage to riding gear provided by Siam Enduro. Replacement costs will be charged where necessary.

4. Early Trip Termination

Guests who end the tour early or in a different location are responsible for the cost of returning the motorcycle. No refunds will be issued for unused days or services.

5. Media Content

By joining a Siam Enduro tour, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or other media captured during the trip for our promotional and marketing purposes.

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgement

Motorcycling involves inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you accept full responsibility for your safety and ride at your own risk. Siam Enduro is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the tour.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Valid Licence: You must hold a valid motorcycle licence suitable for the motorcycle provided.

Siam Enduro is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or border closures. Where possible, we will help arrange alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
